43rd Hunger Games, Chapter Seven

As I stare out the window and watch the Capitol coming closer and closer, I can see how colourful and rich their city is. The colours of everything from red to orange to yellow to .... everything, it's just so, fantasy.
Jane walks up behind me. "Pretty Grand, Eh?" she said. I nodded. "I had dreams when I was little about living in a place with so much colour."  I responded. Clover hushed me and yelled at Finn to get in here.
He arrived in a few seconds, tired looking, his hair messed up and a strong smell lingered from him.

"What?" he asked slowly. Clover turned to look at him. She honestly looked hurt, or someone killed a puppy. "The most greatest thing of all is going to happen to you, and you don't even know it!?"
Finn shook his head and walked up to the window as well. He then gave a sudden laugh and whispered to me, "District Four's rainbow is calling, they want their colours back." I looked at him in the eyes. His interview will be interesting.

I turned back to the window and saw that now it was pitch black. "Oh, I love this tunnel!" said Clover with excitement. You could tell she was quite happy to be back and probably not needing to see us ever again after the 43rd Hunger Games.
All of a sudden the train grew bright again and thousands of Capitol woman and men, full of outfits that were so colourful my eyes hurt, waving at us in the train, probably guessing who will die first already.

Finn had already starting waving his hand to people, I chose not to, but to just smile, like this stupidity was the time of my life. As you can tell, it isn't.
As the train starts slowing down, and the thousands of Capitol people start turning into tiny dots, Clover looks at Finn and I and sticks out her tongue.
"Go clean up! The camera's need a first off the train impression on District 4."

I sighed and walked into the third cart and into my bedroom, shutting the door behind me, hard. My blush bed was now made and my reaping clothes were there, smelling fresh, with a nice little box on it. The size of a jewelry box.
I walked up to it and opened it.

Inside were my mother's fish earnings, I decided to take off last night because they were killing my ears.
I was quite confused of all this, but cleaned myself up anyway.
I put the box down and went into the washroom to then have a quick shower.

When I got out and dressed in my clothes, I stared at the box with my mother's earnings in it, and decided to put them in.
I opened the box once again, and took out the fish earnings... This time I took a long look at them.
They were both a silver colour with, I believe a diamond on the tip of the fishes fin. I smiled and put them both in, one by one and walked to the front of the train.

Clover, Jane and Finn were already, waiting for me, I guess to come. "There you are!" said Clover. "Remember you two, smiles, waves and nod or shake your head to any questions." Finn assured Clover that we would do so and then the door opened.

Camera's were already flashing in my eyes, trying to take pictures of Finn and I. Clover pushed me down the stairs, so I could lead us to a door in the giant building the train arrived in.
Finn, Clover and Jane, followed close behind me, waving and smiling as well to me.

At last the camera's had stopped and we were even more inside this building. Right away I see, still lots of colours, but marble everywhere and pictures of people on the wall. "Where are we?" I asked.
Clover walked up to me and said, "Don't sound scared, you'll look better then ever after this, trust me."
I feel like I'm doing the exact opposite. In front of me are 24 elevators with the District numbers on them, twice.

"OK," said Jane. "Finn, you enter the first 4 elevator and Maria you enter the second one."
Finn and I carefully walk over to the two elevators. Then we each press the buttons. The doors of the elevators opened right away and I stepped inside mine. The then door shut and the elevator shot straight up until it stopped and the doors opened again.

I stepped out and into a calm green room with look bed, that reminds me of something you'd find at the doctors office. I saw lots of makeup, hair pieces, soaps and clothes. Their were no windows but instead another door across the room.

I decide to sit in the chair at the corner and see what happens, until a Capitol man and woman, both wearing pinks and browns walked in and over towards me.
"HELLO!" they both said with cheer. "Ms. Thompsing?" I nodded and the two people clap. "I'm Tezz." said the man. "And I'm Twink," said the the girl. "Come over to the bed please."

I walked over to the bed and sat down. "No!" said Twink suddenly. "Don't sit. We need to undress you standing up." I froze and looked at Tezz and Twink. "Ummm, no thank-you. I have no clue who you two are, and there's a guy in here." Twink giggled. "Of course you know silly! I'm Twink and he's...."
"Yes! I know your names but not why you want to undress me."

"OHHH!" said Tezz. "We're stylist for your main one Xzzliea (Xxxxx-lie-a)." I still stood there frozen and shut my eyes understanding. "Fine, undress me quick and do what ever you freaks do."
Twink giggled, and I could feel them both stripping off my clothes and putting this hospital gown thing on me.
I opened my eyes and sat down on the bed.

This felt very awkward with Tezz in the room, but Twink made things a bit better. She told me to lay down, I do so. Then I hear her and Tezz pulling out things from under the bed.
Then the put some stuff on my legs, which felt nice until the ripped them both off at the same time.
I screamed and sat up. They were waxing my legs, then my arms until I think I was completely all red and in pain.

Twink starts packing things away and Tezz leaves the room. "Ok," she said. "Xzzy, sometimes takes away, he tends to be busy." Twink takes the gown off of me and she leaves the room.

I sit there, naked waiting for Xzzliea to come, forgetting what might happen next.
